Walls |
| All wall shall be of 1st class K.B./flyash brick in 1:6 proportion of cement mortar. |

Flooring |
| Vitrified tile flooring to all rooms except toilet & kitchen. Antiskid floor tile in toilet & Marble floor in kitchen. |

Plaster |
| Internal plaster shall be in 1:6 cement mortar. |

Painting |
| Internal – finished with Plaster of paris & 2 coat of distemper. External – Weather Coat. |

Doors |
- All chaukath shall be of sal wood.
- The door shutter of front door shall be of teak wood.
- Toilet doors shall be of PVC make.
- All other shall be of secondary wood frame with panel insert.

Windows |
| Window frames shall be NCL secular aluminium frame with glazing or secondary wood frame with glazing. |

Glazed Tiles |
| Will be provided to Toilets upto 5 ft height, Kitchen wall above platform. |

Kitchen Otta |
| Green marbel. |
| |
|
Electrification |
| Concealed ISI mark wiring & modular switches with necessary light points and provision for concealed TV-cable and telephone points with MCB box. |

PH |
| Shall be of CP fittings of ISI mark. |
